Serving Self vs. Serving Others
Yesterday on the Purpose Chasers Podcast Peter Marston, JR of Live Free Heating and Cooling, LLC stated that he was “in the business of building long-term relationships.”
Although, I would state I was in the same business, the power of this statement hit me hard when Pete said it.
I have had experience in business banging my head on the wall, staring at my computer, banging keys. All types of stressed out.
I’ve found that when I get back to my purpose of serving others, my business grows, and my stress diminishes.
Relationships are one of the most important aspects of any business, yet the most overlooked aspect to some.
Final thought: An attitude of “what can I bring/offer” produces more than an attitude of “what can I get”.
